Gymnastics Awards

Baylee has been taking a Mommy and me gymnastics class at The Little Gym and we just had her "awards" ceremony a few weeks ago.  She did so good this whole semester and learned so many things from sign language to rolling to hanging and flipping on bars!!  She even learned how to say tada - check it out!!

My little learner...

Baylee has been learning all her animal sounds...from a dog to a rooster!  I captured a few on video before she realized I was recording!!  She is growing up way too fast for me...

Nana Time

We have been blessed beyond words to have Nana (Karen) care for Baylee every week while we work!  For those of you who do not know, Baylee's first daycare experience was not a good one and God orchestrated our finding Nana and her family.  Not only does Baylee have a Nana, she has an Opa, (husband of Nana), a Granny (mother in law of Nana), GiGi (mother of Nana), and Nana's daughters!!  AND, let's not forget Sophie, the cutest little dog ever and her friend Molly who comes to visit on occasion.   Needless to say, she is loved and cared for...(and spoiled) all day long!  Here are some pics Nana took and sent to me!  Thank you Nana for all you do!!!

Mother's Day

Mother's day began with me finding cards all over the house.  My husband is so creative and I got some software for my mac to assist me in making even better videos of Baylee!!!  We had a wonderful day at my mom's house celebrating with family and food!  We finally got home and had a mini photo shoot outside since it was not raining for a change.  These were the final pics. I have to mention that since I started blogging I have not written in my journal.  So I am recording big moments on this blog.  On May 1, I walked into the room and Baylee said "mommy" for the first time.  She has been saying mama and mom for awhile, but not as she recognizes me!!  And yesterday, on Mother's Day, when I told her "I love you" she replied "luv u" back....without me soliciting it!!  That was present enough!!

My swimmer

Chad came home one day with this whole outfit and shoes to match.  He had so much fun getting her a swim suit with the floating device attached.  We took Baylee swimming at the YMCA for the first time and she loved it!  She squealed and splashed for about an hour and had the time of her life!  All she wanted to do was get out and jump off the side again and again....she was like a little fish!
