First week of 'school'
We made it through our first week of school (Tues and Thurs.) Baylee was so excited that she was beginning school this week. Although she will not give me very many details about her day, she seems excited to go! All I can get out of her is that she painted and colored and sang "wheels on the bus." I was so anxious to hear every detail!!!! Oh well!!!
She is trying to show off her monogrammed name
Daddy surprised us to drop her off and we said prayers for her to have a wonderful day!!!!

Proud Moment
We started a "Chore Chart" for Baylee today. She has been asking a lot about money since she got a piggy bank. We decided to talk about how she could earn money around the house. She picked out the Veggie Tale theme and helped pick out chores. She agreed to picking up toys, putting her shoes up, putting clothes in her hamper, and putting her dishes in the sink.
Today, she had put her shoes up and when she saw she had other things without stickers she asked "what do these things say?" When I told her, she said "well, let's go do those things." She did them all and got her stickers and said "I am earning money!" I was so proud! and so was she!
Ty almost rolls
Ty is growing up too quickly for me! He is trying so hard to roll but he has not quite mastered it. He loves playing in his exersaucer and sitting in his bumbo. He has started eating cereal and loves his oatmeal. He loves apples, peaches, bananas and squash. He is not so fond of carrots though and just tolerates sweet peas. My sweet boy - his smile melts my heart!

It was a BIG DAY!!
Baylee began dance lessons at "Ms. Janice's" and she had a blast. I went by Target to get this cute leotard, Ballet Shoes at PayLess and got the tap shoes used at the studio for 10 bucks! She was so ready to begin her class and walked right in the room to stand on the number 6 spot on the floor as directed. She is so big!!!
Last night was Open House at Getwell United Methodist Mother's Day Out and we met her teacher Ms. Melanie and got to meet some of the kids in her class. She already knew Reagan, the little girl in the pictures, from the Library and the YMCA. Met the parents and they go to our church and live in our neighborhood. This might just become her best friend! I can't believe how fast she is growing up!!!
